Research description

AHK-Cu is a copper(II) complex of the tripeptide alanyl-histidyl-lysine (Ala-His-Lys). It belongs to the family of small copper-binding peptides that also includes GHK-Cu.

It is used in laboratory research on copper-peptide complexes, extracellular-matrix proteins and cell-culture models of fibroblasts and other cell types.
