Research description

AOD9604 is a synthetic peptide of 16 amino acids derived from the C-terminal region (residues 177–191) of human growth hormone, with an added N-terminal tyrosine. It does not contain the part of the hormone that binds the growth-hormone receptor.

It is studied in laboratory research on lipid metabolism and on fragments of growth hormone in cell and tissue models.
