Research description

CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic analogue of the first 29 amino acids of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1–29) with four amino-acid substitutions and a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC): a maleimide linker that binds covalently to albumin and greatly extends its half-life in experimental systems.

It is studied in laboratory research on the GHRH receptor and the regulation of growth-hormone secretion in pituitary cell and tissue models.
