Research description

CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone with four amino-acid substitutions that make it more resistant to enzymatic breakdown. It has no albumin-binding group.

It is studied in laboratory research on the GHRH receptor and pulsatile growth-hormone secretion in pituitary cell and tissue models.
