Research description

Epithalon (also Epitalon or AEDG peptide) is a synthetic tetrapeptide, Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly, designed after a peptide extract of the pineal gland (epithalamin).

It is studied in laboratory research on telomerase activity, telomere length and cellular senescence in cell-culture models.
