Research description

Gonadorelin is the synthetic form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), a decapeptide (pGlu-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-Gly-Leu-Arg-Pro-Gly-NH2) produced in the hypothalamus. It is supplied as the acetate salt.

It is studied in laboratory research on the GnRH receptor and the regulation of LH and FSH release in pituitary cell and tissue models.
