Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide (Glu-Asp-Arg) from the group of short regulatory peptides described by V. Khavinson and colleagues.
It is studied in laboratory research on the regulation of gene expression by short peptides and on oxidative stress in neuronal cell-culture models.
