Research description

Survodutide is a synthetic peptide analogue of glucagon with a fatty-acid side chain, designed to act on both the glucagon receptor and the GLP-1 receptor.

It is studied in laboratory research on dual glucagon/GLP-1 receptor agonism and on hepatic and incretin signalling in cell and tissue models.
