Über Sermorelin

Sermorelin (GRF 1-29) ist ein synthetisches Peptid aus den ersten 29 Aminosäuren des Wachstumshormon-Releasing-Hormons, dem kürzesten Fragment mit der vollen Aktivität des natürlichen Hormons. Es wird als Base oder als Acetatsalz geliefert.

Es wird in der Laborforschung zum GHRH-Rezeptor und zur Regulation der Wachstumshormon-Sekretion in Hypophysenzell- und Gewebemodellen untersucht.
